Wir sind ein Mitglied von BnB Switzerland und von dieser Organisation auch kontrolliert.

 

Gemäss der Verbandsempfehlung nehmen wir Zimmerreservation nur entgegen, wenn die ganze Zimmermiete im voraus

aufgrund unserer Buchungsbestätigung bezahlt ist (keine Teilzahlung). Erst mit Zahlungseingang ist das/die Zimmer für Sie reserviert.

 

Gäste/Mieter aus der Schweiz überweisen den Rechnungsbetrag auf unser Konto bei der Postfinance.

Gäste/Mieter aus den Euro-Ländern können den Rechnungsbetrag kostenfrei auf unser Euro-Konto in Deutschland überweisen.

 

Es werden keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert.

 

Sollten Sie Ihre Buchung 14 Tage vor Mietantritt annullieren, erhalten Sie 90 % des vorausbezahlten Betrages wieder zurück.

Ziehen Sie vor der vereinbarten Mietdauer aus, erfolgt Rückerstattung nur, wenn für die restliche Zeit einen Ersatzmieter gefunden werden kann.

 

 

Terms and payment

 

We are an inspected member of the organization BnB Switzerland

 

Our organization recommends to accept reservations only if the entire rent is paid in advance (no partial payment).

The pre-payment should be made after receipt of our written confirmation. Only with your pre-payment the room(s) is/are guaranteed.

 

Guests/tenants living in Switzerland should make their payment to our account at the Postfinance.

Guests/tenants living in the EC community should do their payment free of charge to our Euro-Account in Germany.

 

No credit cards are accepted

 

Cancellation of the room is possible, if done 14 days before starting of the room rental, then 90 % of the advance paiyment will be refunded.

If the guest/tenant leaves the room before the end of the rental period, a refund will be made only, if another guest will be found for the remaining days.
